Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any required paperwork, and for your therapist to evaluate and discuss goals and expectations of your service.

Cancellation Policy
Understandably, unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

42 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled  less than 12 hours in advance may be subject to a %50 cancellation fee due before the next scheduled appointment.

Out of respect of your therapist, sessions that are missed intentionally or accidentally without notice "no call, no show" will be subject to a %100 charge of the scheduled time.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist.

 

Emergency services are sessions that are scheduled out of normal operating hours. Emergency sessions are available by appointment Mon-Fri from 4pm-8pm, and Sat-Sun 10am-4pm. To view Emergency service fees, please visit Services and Rates.
